ACB "Lanta-Bank" (CJCS) being a professional equity market player offers You its services in the field of broker operations with corporate securities on the Russian stock exchange and street markets. The service is intended for trained investors capable to make decisions on their portfolio management on their own.

After signing the broker services contract with ACB "Lanta-Bank" (CJCS) You'll have access to the operations:

On the stock exchange market:

• with shares and corporate, municipal and sub-federal bonds in the fund sector of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX);
• with the state rouble bonds in the sector of MICEX state securities.

On the street market:

• with the third-party issuer promissory notes.

For Your convenient work on the Russian fond market ACB "Lanta-Bank" (CJCS) offers You the Internet-trading service giving access to MICEX equity market trades via Internet (using NetInvestor terminal). In this case You get the possibility:

• to get operative information on corporate securities trading at the stock exchange in real time mode;
• to operatively bid for securities transactions;
• to visually reflect the price information on the computer monitor in form of diagrams;
• to automatically code the information transferred via the Internet which guarantees protection against outside intrusion.

During the bilateral cooperation the Bank provides free consultations on the equity market and full informational and analytical support. It should be noted that the broker services contract imposes no money obligations upon You but allows using our services maximally quickly if necessary.

*The tariff plan presupposes the transfer of orders on securities purchase/sale transactions mainly by way of remote access to the trades (in case a client can't use the remote access service he has the right to give the order by phone). The remote access system usage fee makes 300 roub. (150 roubl. in case of its usage as an information terminal without the possibility to place a bid) per month. In case the Client commission under the carried out operations on the month results exceeds 1500 roub. the remote access system usage fee is not levied. The tariff plan doesn't presuppose granting the marginal crediting service to the Client.

The specified broker services tariffs include VAT.

"SPECULATOR" tariff plan**

** The tariff plan presupposes the transfer of orders on securities purchase/sale transactions by all means specified in clause 4.1. of the present Time-limit, including using the remote access to trades system. The remote access system usage fee makes 300 roub. (150 roubl. in case of its usage as an information terminal without the possibility to place a bid) per month. In case the Client commission under the carried out operations on the month results exceeds 1500 roub. the remote access system usage fee is not levied. By choosing this tariff plan the Client confirms that his broker account has marginal status. The fee for granting money to the Client makes 18% annually.
