Flexibility of the approach
The credit is given in roubles for purchase of an apartment in an apartment house located in Moscow, or the Moscow area, on the purpose of the basic residing, as additional habitation, and for tenancy. The credit is given on purchase of an apartment in the secondary market of habitation with the registered property right.

Credit minimal amount - 600 000 rouble
Credit maximal amount - 14 000 000 rouble
Initial fee
- 15% from the acquired flat price (for credits in the amount of 9 000 000,00 rouble inclusive)
- 20% from the acquired flat price (for credits in the amount of over 9 000 000,00 rouble)
- 50% from cost of a got apartment, in case of if the habitation is got for the purpose of tenancy.
The initial fee source: all non-loaned money.
Preschedule repayment is possible right after receptions of the credit!
Insurance requirements:

Insurance of a got apartment upon risks of damage;
-
Life insurance and constant disability of the borrower;
-
Insurance of loss of the property right to an apartment.
The total cost of three kinds of insurance makes 0,56 % from the sum of the credit. If there comes an insurance case, the insurance company completely repays the credit to bank.
The commissions:

For registration of the hypothecary credit - 1 % from the sum of the given out credit, but no more than 27 000 roubles;

For consideration of the application on granting of the credit - 1000 roubles;
-
For removal cash - 0,2 % from the sum of the credit.
