"Investment" Deposit

1. The deposit is made in rouble, USD or Euro.
2. The interest rate is fixed depending on the contract term and deposit currency.
3. The deposit minimum sum -350 000 roub. or 15 000 USD, or 12 000 Euro.
4. The added interests are capitalized on a monthly basis.
5. The deposit sum may be replenished not later than 90 days before the contract validity period end.
6. The additional fee minimal sum is 15000 roub. or 500 USD, or 400 Euro.
7. If on the contract validity period end the Depositor does not demand the deposit sum and the added interests the contract is considered accepted again from the day of the Contract previous validity period end for the same term and under the rate acting at that moment in the Bank for this type of deposit.
8. In case of the deposit contract ahead of schedule termination within 60 calendar days from the signing date the interests under the deposit are recalculated according to the withdrawable on demand deposit account rate acting on the moment of the contract termination. In case of the deposit contract ahead of schedule termination 60 calendar days after the signing date the interest under the deposit are recalculated according to this type of deposit ahead of schedule termination privileged rates acting on the moment of the contract termination.*
9. 90 after the first fee is transferred onto the account the owner of "Investment" deposit gets the right for a free consideration of an application on a mortgage credit.

* "Investment" deposit ahead of schedule termination privileged rates are fixed in the amount of ? of the base rate in case the deposit is demanded not earlier than in 60 calendar days. The base rate is determined as the rate corresponding to "Investment" term, the sum and currency of the contract terminated by the depositor.
