On September 29, 1995 the Central Bank registered ACB "Lanta-Bank" (CJCS) Kuybyshev affiliate and made the corresponding entry in the Credit Organization State Registration Book under the number 1920/2. In October of 1995 the affiliate began operating.

In 2005 the affiliate celebrated its jubilee - 10 years of its work at Novosibirsk oblast bank service market.
The affiliate has crossed its 10-year old threshold being strong and stably developing thanks to its clients.

The affiliate activity is profitable, characterized by activity positive dynamics and high financial stability and reliability since the first days of its operation.

For years of work the affiliate has been confidently moving forward, year after year developing and improving the rendered services quality and level, implementing various kinds of services, offering clients new forms of cooperation.

The Bank credit policy allows operatively solving client business development problems thus considerably contributing to the region economy development. The affiliate credit portfolio is growing, money work in various spheres of the region economy (in budget sphere, in industry, trade and building). As on the beginning of 2006 the affiliate credit portfolio has made 95,6 mln. roub., including the credits granted within the framework of consumer crediting program for the sum of 11,5 mln. roub. The client base is steadily growing and includes both large industrial and trading enterprises, and entrepreneurs making the first steps in business. For a number of years the affiliate has been actively cooperating with Kuybyshev administration. Each year the affiliate is widening the range of services granted for Kuybyshev city and nearby areas dwellers.

The affiliate is actively attracting means into citizens deposits. For today it's a dynamically developing service forming the affiliate resource base. Various profitable kinds of deposits satisfying client different demands are developed and implemented. ACB "Lanta-Bank" (CJCS) Kuybyshev affiliate is the only bank in the city transferring money via "Western Union" and "Anelink" systems.
With the additional office "Central" opening in June of 2005 the affiliate began to accept the population payments for public utilities and has successfully implemented the program of the population emergency needs financing.

Kuybyshev affiliate offers the clients, both legal entities and physical persons, the full set of bank services:
- opening and operating accounts for residents and non-residents;
- various kinds of deposits for private clients and term instruments (promissory notes, deposits) for corporate clients;
- transfers within the country and abroad, including for private clients - transfers without an account opening;
- Western Union and Anelink system money transfers;
- export-import operations serving;
- various kinds of crediting;
- plastic cards issuing and serving;
- coins made of precious metals sale;
- payments for public utilities.
